Yay! An Inevitable update, I'm so happy. Sorry I haven't been around lately, I was on holiday. But I read all of the chapters, even if I haven't commented on them. They were all great, I love the resolution between Nathanial and Anita. The only thing I would criticize ( sorry ) was Nathanial and the way he was behaving. At times I felt he was a bit OOC, so his actions kept shocking me, I don't remember him ever acting so violent in the books. But, in retrospect, I understand that what happened to him would probably change him, and the way he explained things made me understand the change, so really, when I think about it, this wasn't really a criticism!
Anywho, on to this piece. Lovely, absolutely lovely. I agree with whoever said it before me, Luna simply doesn't get enough attention in the books, but she is my favorite character and I think you write her very in character. She is, after all, sixteen in this story and everyone matures and she is simply maturing, or at least I see it that way.
Ron was also very nice in this chapter, though him and Hermione conspiring against Harry at the beginning kind of ticked me off. Can't they ever trust him to know what he's doing, even though he doesn't? I mean, there are some things he has to figure out for himself, like, what to do when he fancies two girls who may both fancy him back, even though one of them said she was gay? That's a lot to handle without having the older brother coming barreling in with accusations and stuff!
As to what transpired between Flitwick and McGonagall, I do believe it has something to do with our two resident werewolves...I'm not sure, but isn't Reece in Ravenclaw? *scurries off to check*
