Where I go is straight down the rabbit hole. Things are about to get messy.

Anita always thinks it's about her, and about how big and bad she is. She's not paying attention to the rest of the world and how they need to see heroes where there may not always be some (rather like Harry in this (and all) regards). She's convinced that to do good, to save the cheerleader, she will have to go evil, even as she says she serves with both hands. She's just a wee bit dense.

I'm glad I gave shivers! This is really the most interesting part to me in the story (besides the explosions). Anita and Harry are both on journeys, and while Anita's may not be as big and splashy as Harry's, it's just as meaningful and earth-moving as his.

I went with Chekhov's Gun because I set up so many freaking things in this chapter. Bokor Majeur is the big bad, but there are six separate events in this chapter that will come back to haunt/help our heroes. No, wait, it's seven. I forgot the gun reference :) This story is now *fully* armed and ready for bear.
