. . I haven't seen the episode (I really must start watching Torchwood, huh?), but from this . . I'm not quite getting an Elsa vibe. Elsa seems more . . residually human. She's got a couple centuries worth of issues but those issues come from an originally human place. 'Little girl' described above . . not so much.
