All you need to know about SGA is that there are aliens and a city and far away galaxies :) Well, and some other stuff, but it's all good. (And it's my personal philosophy that the purpose of crossovers is to introduce people to new fandoms. In fact, TPTB should thank crossover writers, for introducing people to new shows and stuff :P
