Thanks :) On GG, it's more of the same. Lorelai's too afraid of herself to commit, and ends up driving everyone away. In my eyes (which, I freely admit, I might be wrong) she's still a child, afraid of rejection and loss, so she expects this loss and fucks everything up.

Maybe I should watch more than season 4 and see if I still think this, y/n?
