I'm glad you like the story! I'm trying to keep the explanation out in front so that people who aren't familiar with either show can keep up. Putting someone like Ziva, who is trained to see how things are, into the SGA universe, is interesting because she doesn't make as many assumptions about people (Sheppard and McKay come to mind) and we can see the SGA 'verse along with her :)
