Oh god, that's awful! I'm all teared up, and I don't even know why his being pissy with her. I don't suppose you'd consider writing a little summary of relivent NCIS backstory? Cos wikipedia doesn't really make sense of it all. It just says that he blames himself for Shepherd's death, but why is he angry with Ziva? Or is he just splurging angst on anyone available?
