This is definitely going into my list of 'must read again's! It was wonderful in every way: plot, voices and characterisation and, most of all, in the way that your use of language conveyed mood so expertly.

Small typo: "Doctor McKay is quiet inventive". I assume this should be "quite" as I can't imagine describing Rodney as "quiet" anything!
