Slash poll
All right, kids: humour me. Another poll, this one thought up while reading another lj about slash. As before, please fill it out and pimp it in your own lj so I can get a good response. Also, please tell me about why you do/do not read/write slash in comments. Love to all.
[Poll #478509]
[Poll #478509]
a comment in which I display that my memory is indeed photographic
Jean-Claude: Bi, but Byron makes a comment in ID that his only real interest in guys lies with Asher.
Richard: is a mess, but as things stand right now, we can put him in the straight camp.
Asher: Bi
Nathaniel: Bi, but how much of that was necessity of being a prostitute and the subbiest sub ever to sub in St. Louis?
Micah: Straight. Makes a comment in ID about how any of Chimera's personalities wouldn't have sex with him because of it.
Damian: Straight. Also, the 1000 years of torture reinforced that.
Jason: Has indicated he's curious, but as of the end of ID he's still lusting after the femmes
Zane: Bi
Stephen: Even though Anita originally thought he was gay (b/c she's strange), is dating a girl. See reasoning above on Nathaniel for possible bi-ness.
Gregory: Ditto to Stephen, although he does like the ladies.
Requiem: Straight, made comments to this effect in ID
Byron: Usually all about the boys. I think Jason was surprised that he'd ... I really want to be all euphemistic here and say 'sleep with', but there was no sleep involved. Anyway.
So, to make a long story short (too late!, the only male characters I could put togther and not have my head explode under the pressure would be JC/Asher, Asher/Jason (although I'm sure it breaks some sort of pomme de sang rules), Byron/Jason (hmm)... I'd leave Zane and Stephen out of it because they're dating Cherry and Vivian, respectivly, and I'm not really as fond of them as the other characters.
But my heart still lies in writing Anita, and she's so straight you could use her to measure stuff.
Actually, I've got a hint of a slash thingy for Inevitable, but it's only the barest of thoughts (on the character's part). In fact, forget I even mentioned it.
