The usual. Buffy, Angel and Harry Potter. But the other fandoms I like in crossovers are Stargate SG-1, Roswell, Charmed, LotR. I don't know how you would do SG:SG-1 because of the lack of magic but I think it would be neat. LotR would be weird to but interesting to try.
