I'm not getting the awesome either--for a different reason. There's Tosh and Ianto. Who the hell is McGee, and what's he from?

He's an NCIS agent from NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service).

I don't get it either. I have no idea who Tosh and Ianto are or what series they belong to.

Tosh and Ianto are both from Torchwood (the Doctor Who spin-off). I've never watched NCIS so I had no idea who McGee is, though clearly I have watched Torchwood...
