Switchback part three

The updates just keep on coming. Part three of Switchback has been posted. For the flist members who read it before, I've added a lot at the end and some stuff in the middle, so you may want to reread it. Because hey, JC dream hotness.

At Pomme de Sang
At TTH

Nice job. Very nice job. I loved the dream. Loved the see-sawing emotions about what has been and what might be. Thanks for a great ending to my night!

Thanks! I am enjoying writing this... and writing in a pure Anita voice is a challenge.

I've got to say this is one of the most creative and unique ideas I've read in the AB:VH world. It's well written to boot!

I think the thing that I like about this is how it's almost wishverse, though I don't think Anita would wish for this. What happens when one thing is changed, how the entire future can be changed.

I wonder if Anita would do it all over again, right now she's freaked out by it but I would think at some point she'd realize the good of it or even the bad of it. Would she do it again?

Oooh I love the possibilities!

I had read a story where Richards behavior was all due to a spell, that he wasn't really that nasty .. it gives new thought to what can happen if you change just one thing.

Thanks!

As I said when I read this chapter originally, it was very very nicely done. THe bits with JC were just...hot. How she wanted it to be real, to have some of what she lost. Gah. And JC's reaction was priceless, the disbelief and still pushing the boundaries. Kudos.

The small changes work well, as did the end bit with Willie re Yasmeen. Clever clever Anita, hope it doesn't get her killed.

And Amen on the fashion police. She dressed frumpy and classless when the series started. ANd while JC tended to stuff her in stripperwear, she at least got her act together by the end. Maybe she can go shopping in a future chapter. Oh heavens, I would so love to see that.

Hee!

I was rereading what she was dressed in that chapter in CotD and I'm all ugh. Yes, it was the mid-90s, but that's no excuse.

Clever clever Anita, hope it doesn't get her killed.

Oh, it won't get her killed...
