Ooh! Someone else who's seen Flight of Dragons! I remember it most fondly for having dragons that looked *exactly* how I thought dragons should look. And James Earl Jones voicing the bad guy. I saw it again a few years ago - it's aged well, I think.

(I later discovered it was a bizarre mix of 'The Flight of Dragons' by Peter Dickinson (a sort of scientific look at dragon myths to figure out what a dragon's life cycle, biology etc could be) and plot elements from 'The Dragon and the George' by Gordon R Dickson. Kinda weird.)
