This is a totally awesome idea! And I love how Ianto definitely has the upper hand here! I would love to read more of this if you every write more.

One tiny quibble: "The wide metal door swung open under the young man's touch, revealing a scene familiar to Jarod -- the steel table and draped corpse would have fit in any autopsy room in Jarod's past. However, the young man standing over the corpse was no doctor. A immaculate dark suit gave the air of an undertaker."

Using "young man" to describe two different people (the morgue assistant and Ianto) is a bit confusing.
