Crossover OTPs are the bestest thing since sliced bread. We don't need no stinkin' plausibility!

In other news: Since I'm not doing anything else at 1:09 am on Boxing Day, I've updated the the 2006 Mhalachai fanfic listing. It's really amazing to realize how much I've written this year, and how varied everything is. I mean, a Anita Blake/Lord of the Rings crossover? Wacky HP/SGA fun? How much have I been enjoying this year in crossovers? Seriously, go skim the list. There's some fun stuff there.

Please note: This does not mean I'm not writing anything else in 2006. I have big plans for this week. At least something will come out of Mhalachai land (no Gilmore Girls crossovers, I promise) (at least not yet)

I should go to bed now.

Balancing Act 7/7
A Stargate SG-1/Anita Blake crossover
by [livejournal.com profile] mhalachaiswords

Summary: After being "asked" to change schools, 16-year-old Jack O'Neill moves to St. Louis. His new school looks as if it might be better than the last; the teachers seem halfway decent. And yet, there's something sort of odd about his new science teacher, Richard Zeeman...
Disclaimer: Laurell K. Hamilton owns all things Anita Blake. MGM/UA, Gekko Productions et al. own all things Stargate SG-1. I am but borrowing the characters for a brief time and shall return them intact at the end.
Rating: PG-13 for swearing, violence.
Words: 5,255
Timeline: A year after season seven "Fragile Balance" for SG-1 (the mini-Jack episode) and a month after Incubus Dreams for Anita Blake (Not Danse Macabre compliant).
Note: ZOMG Mhalachai finishes a fic. It's like a miracle or something. This is a happy holiday present for [livejournal.com profile] houses7177, who is the best :D
