With everyone else on how much Tony needs to be smacked, although I suspect he's pounding his head into the wall at this moment, and only *not* going after Ziva until he can think of something better to say to her. *whaps him anyway* I have wild theories on why he did that, but I shall keep them to myself and see what develops.
