I really liked this story. It wasn't just a "How Ziva got her Groove back and went back to NCIS" it really was how she could roll with the punches and adapt, even if adapting means moving to another galaxy and dealing with nanites that could replicate themselves into a copy of her brother.
In addition, you have a very good way of writing the voices and mannerisms of the other characters. I noticed that in your other stargate story too (crossover with Gilmore Girls - you should add to that story, BTW). I am quite impressed that you are able to write the characters so well, and so likeable, especially Ziva. On the show, I don't necessarily find her that sympathetic of a character, but you were able to draw a very interesting character that was both true to canon and believable in the crossover environment.
