And *that* right there is what I was aiming for. A story that was interesting and fun to read without requiring expert knowledge of the other 'verse. That's the best part of a well-done crossover, getting someone to like a fandom they've never seen.

I wish we could have had more Lorne. In any event, he's great to play with -- lord knows that anyone who ended up being Sheppard's XO would have his hands full at all times.

The bad guy was fun -- take a classic bad guy, tweak some details and drop hints. Plus the added trauma of the dead NCIS characters was too delicious to pass up -- here, Ziva, shoot your brother in the head! Again!

And my, aren't I humble today :P
