Ron's got a great sense of right and wrong. Blackmailers and sesual harassers? WRONG. Luna? RIGHT. Plus he won't say it, but he seems to trust Ginny's judgment in all areas but boyfriends. Luna's still in the friend category to Ron and therefore is A-OK.
