I voted for Harry Potter because all of the HP/SGA crosses I've read don't even make sense. I would have gone for Anita Blake, but I'd rather see more HP/AB crosses out there. If it were an AB/SGA cross I'm just trying to see how it would work out.
Oh, I was so tempted to say Roseanne. MY G-D, that would just be hilarious. I can see it now, Rosie steps out of the gate wearing her work cloths, keys in hand, saying something along the lines of "I think it's safe to say that I've stepped into the wrong house." Yeah. . .I'm not good with humor/comedy. I think you get the point.
But what I did vote for was Xena. It's been entirely too damn long since I've heard or watched anything on that show. Ah. Those were the good-ol-days.
Yeah. I read that. To tell you the truth, it was what made me go on a HP/SGA fic search. And I was utterly disappointed. But I did have some good laughs.
So far, Songs across the Ocean was the only one of it's kind that made a lick of sense and didn't make me go "huh?". Or scream at the computer.
Now, of course I screamed at the computer when I finished reading your story. Just for an entirely different reason--I wanted more. But it does make for a great oneshot.
