Sunday morning flashfic!
This one has probably been done before, but I haven't had a chance to get into the Torchwood fanfic yet, so I have no idea. I'm still getting my feet in this fandom, so take that into consideration. All comments welcome. As for that schedule I posted, well, Chapter 10 of Physics is half-way done. Up soon.
Summary: Sometimes, it seems as if the dark-haired girls named Gwen will always be the ones to save Cardiff...

Rating: PG for some brief swearing.
Setting/Spoilers: Set early in series two of Torchwood, some vague spoilers for episodes aired so far, and from the Ninth Doctor's "The Unquiet Dead".
Characters/Pairings: Jack, Gwen, Rhys, and the rest of the crew. This is rather gen, but there is some background Gwen/Rhys.
Words: 4,400
Notes: I know the folks at the BBC say it was nothing but coincidental casting, but I can't leave it alone: same actress, two characters, both named Gwen, in Cardiff, on Dr. Who and Torchwood. I had to find a way to make it logical.
( Gwen turned the photograph over the right way. What she saw made no sense. It was a picture of herself. )
