mhalachaiOoh! A connection between this episode of Doctor Who and an episode of Torchwood! Don't worry, no naked Jack.

So, in this episode of As the World Turns, Martha's strapped to yet another Stretcher of Doom with a shiny thing on her head, as seen here:
Oh noes! Poor Martha!
and I was all like I've SEEN THAT BEFORE:
and
which, as we all know, is from Torchwood season 2's Sleeper, and it's the SAME SHINY THING on Beth's head.
What does this mean?
Either a) the prop department ran out of money and hoped no one would notice or b) Torchwood has unexpected Sontaran technology!
