Props intruder window!
Apr. 26th, 2008 09:40 pmOoh! A connection between this episode of Doctor Who and an episode of Torchwood! Don't worry, no naked Jack.
so
So, in this episode of As the World Turns, Martha's strapped to yet another Stretcher of Doom with a shiny thing on her head, as seen here:

Oh noes! Poor Martha!
and I was all like I've SEEN THAT BEFORE:

and

which, as we all know, is from Torchwood season 2's Sleeper, and it's the SAME SHINY THING on Beth's head.
What does this mean?
Either a) the prop department ran out of money and hoped no one would notice or b) Torchwood has unexpected Sontaran technology!
K, that's all I got tonight.

Date: 2008-04-27 05:10 am (UTC)Next week shall be interesting, especially since lasers look like they're being introduced. Let's see if the Sontaran's have been schooled in the Stormtrooper's way of shooting or if they can hit the broadside of a barn. :D
Also, your subject header, very groan worthy. lol

I'm only aping my betters. There are things about David Tennant I love so very much, and his inability to say things with a straight face is number 3 :D

Date: 2008-04-27 05:40 am (UTC)Apparently that saying 'intru-der the window' when he was up on the spaceship is referring to his time as the ninth doctor. At least, that is the rumor I read from a reaction post on

Date: 2008-04-27 06:15 am (UTC)Four is pretty crazy. Both Four and Nine share the crazy grin. Whilst Ten is a little more like his predecessor's in his aversions to guns, Nine was pretty much there. I know it's not really mentioned and I'm not sure if they're making in 'canonical' but Eight does survive the Time War without regeneration, he goes around and has a few more adventures before he regenerates into Nine. Although we're introduced to Nine who is world-weary, scarred by war, etc. But Eight is still harbouring the guilt for destroying his people and that guilt is manifesting itself more so in Nine. I'm thinking Nine's jacket there belonged to Fitz. XD So we see a bit more of a battle-scarred Doctor in Nine, whilst Ten is a bit more bouncy, but Ten definately does have his dark moments too. I did have a point in that ramble. lol it got lost, like The Doctor! :D *rimshot*
Like I said, Joss Whedon moment. Although RT. Davies is working his way up to having his own 'DAMN YOU DAVIES!!' war-cry amongst the fans. ;) I keep shouting 'DAMN YOU JOSS WHEDON' myself, but that's just because Joss Whedon is my master. ;)
