Three dollars and some change

NCIS is a very character-based show, with interesting crimes-of-the-week as well. It's not as depressing as Law and Order, and things are kept to a respectable level of violence. Plus, wonder of wonders, they actually seem to pay attention to the science of things. I dig it :)
