You ever mentally plan a fanfic and it's so real in your head, you're halfway convinced that you've already written it? That's me. It's not like it's a long fic (like, 8,000 words). I should really get on that...

I have created a Delicious account with all my fanfic recs. http://delicious.com/Sirati. I'm slowly putting in all my bookmarked fics, and it's interesting to see what patterns are emerging. The House/Wilson/Cuddy fic cluster surprised me, I'll say.

Why yes, yes I have. I spent 3 months one summer thinking out this amazing story. Only to sit down at the end of the summer to write it and realize I couldn't remember how it started. I was so sad. I've tried since then to write it out but it never seems as great on paper as it did in my head.

It's amazing how man fics I bookmarked with the idea to rec, and then never got around to it. Delicious is the perfect solution (esp. so I can find these things again)

I should really start writing this story down... although my handwriting is so bad it may hinder rather than help.

Yes, but more than that - I get paranoid that someone ELSE has written it because it's so solid and real in my mind.

luckily this is a sequel to a newish-idea story... maybe it feels so real to me because the first part is already written.

I think that best-case scenario it's sort of cracky. Worst case it turns into some epic character-biopic/whump. So really, there is no bad here...

I have thoroughly confused myself; I thought I got to synecdochic's SGA fic via your delicious bookmarks, but then I went to check and I didn't find any.
