Ooh, I *love* "The Noose"! That is a damned good song, and the lyrics are fantastic. Your musical tastes are as excellent as your literary ones it seems. ;)

Out of curiosity, have you heard the *original* version of "Hurt", by Nine Inch Nails? Gorgeous, aching bitterness...it's spectacular.

I have heard the original version. A totally different feel. As I am secretly a crochety old man in the body of a 26-year-old woman, I have to say I prefer the JC one.

I lurves The Noose. I saw a charming fan vid a while ago with it (Buffy -- Spike centric). Very dark, very nice.
