Hey kids. Happy Saturday. Just a few quick notes:

1: To the anonymous poster who gave me an LJ-gift, thanks so much! I return the sentiment and wish you the best of the holiday season!

2. If you've recently friended me and want me to friend you back, drop by and say hi. Also, I'm kind of curious as to how you found me in the first place, so if you want to share.... :)

2. Does anyone have any idea what I can get my mother for Christmas?

3. I'm not sure what I want to write today. Maybe I'll go through and fix things. Or respond to all those comments I need to get to. Or watch some DVDs. It's boring here in Vancouver right now.

Yeah the glass place can be pricey. They have these really neat blown-glass balls that you can buy and you can hang them on a ribbon in front of a window and the light shines through them and makes pretty. I got one for my mum one year and she adores it.
The dragon place is really neat too. I love that store.
I definitely vote for going during the day to avoid the crowds. Although this time of year there's no getting away from them.
