I'm pretty sure that normal people don't do the cover art for a story before they finish the story. I'm also pretty sure that normal people don't make cover art before they figure out the title.

I, however, am not normal people.

this is only a draft and will most likely change. Like, when I figure out the real title.

It's for the sequel to Hey Little Sister. It's SGA/SPN/NCIS. I can't start writing it for real until after I've seen the SPN season finale, but I've read spoilers and can finally write this sequel.

(the NCIS part comes in because Torri Higginson guested on NCIS after she left SGA and the opportunity in that character is too serendipitous to pass up on)

I have no idea how my brain works. Honestly.

Ooooo.... Very pretty!

I love this with the use of the skeletal structure around her. And the clothing she has on in the picture works wonders with the theme and text!

thanks! I was initially going to have that pic of Torri with a shot of Jensen Ackles at a crossroads, but I discovered a wonderful set of brushes with the vintage anatomy drawings and I just had to use them. I like how this turned out; her stance has a lot of curve in it and that slides well with the outline of the spine.

But I ramble :)

I have been waiting for someone to catch on that crossover idea for a while now (mainly for being a Weir fan). NCIS/SGA part is what I mean of course.

I re-watched the first ep she was in (season five's Identity Crisis) and her character has many of Elizabeth's characteristics - basically, it all fits :)

I'm working out plot points and trying to thread the Supernatural theme through the story. I hope to get to the writing part next weekend (I have to prep for a very important meeting on Thursday, so that will complicate my life a little :O )

She has common points, but she is also a bit more subtle and eccentric. I am looking forward to see how you tie it all together, or how you explain how she ended up on the right planet :P
