ooo, very nice chapter.

I loved the Jason-Harry interaction, it was absolutely adorable. And I loved Harry's reactions to the sex talk and the Anita talk, and Jason was wonderfully in character.

I also really like the way your having Harry use Occulmency, very creative.

OMG, Bellatrix! hee, and the plot thickens. :D

I am really liking how Jason and Harry are interacting. I love Ron, but he's not serious enough sometimes. I think Harry needs a big brother type who's a total ass sometimes, but still willing to be serious when the situation calls for it. Hence, Jason.

The dialogue in this chapter was brilliant, a nice balance between meaningful/serious and banter, all in-character, which I loved.

However, leaving Anita in the grips of crucio is as cruel as...oh, I don't know...leaving your readers in the grips of a cliffhanger which won't be resolved until after other chapters of other stories are written?

I came here from a link in someone else's LJ, and fell instantly in love with "Inevitable". I don't even know who Anita Blake is (which will be resolved tonight when I run to the library to see if they have the books) but it's a great, great, great, great story.

Love the cliffhanger on this chapter, by the way. Especially the final line. ::shudders::

The last line for this chapter has been in my head, no kidding, for three months. I knew exactly how this one was going to end. It's good to see that it's been received in the manner I intended.

Good luck in finding the AB books. I strongly recommend reading them in order, otherwise it gets confusing :)

Loved this latest chapter, absolutely marvellous! Jason is so in character that I felt like I was reading an AB novel. The rest of the crew are also well-written. LOL, Harry's reaction to the prospect of eating deer was priceless! Of course, I'd probably feel the same way if my dad spent some of his life as a deer - that, and if I didn't hate my dad. ;)

Is Graham going to cause trouble? I have a feeling he is.

Bellatrix, gag! Won't that evil cow ever die?! Someone needs to put a major hurt on her. (But that "lying down with the dogs" comment was too perfect!)
