As part of a comment that I was composing for a friend, I happened to check out how long Inevitable was, at 11-point font.

1,254 pages in Word.

1,254 PAGES. In WORD.

SO FAR.

I have five chapters left to write and probably 100 pages. That's insanely long.

I really need to get back to that story. Which leads to the dilemma: Inevitable or Dawning Light?

Oh, dear! What a difficult choice! I finally warmed up to Dawning Light, and I really am enjoying the latest chapters quite a bit, but I definitely vote for Inevitable.

Probably another 8, with a long and vital missing scene that goes after the next chapter.

With Inevitable, it's only going to last another 5 chapters and what, 7 hours? Then it's all over for our intrepid heroes.

If you want to compare them to printed books, count the number of words and divide by 600, which gives you the approximate number of pages assuming a normal page layout and typeface, or 700 for a densly printed book. I just checked and Inevitable is about 480k words, so would be about an 800 page book given a normal paperback layout. So you've still got some way to go to reach the Tom Clancy sort of supersized book.

Still. That's pretty verbose, even for me. My Oxford Engligh dictionary (paperback) is only 934 pages long.
