Summary: These are the things Peter Burke knows about Neal Caffrey's beginnings. None of these things are true.
Rating: PG for slight swearing
Setting: Around current times for White Collar (post 3.10); earlyish in season 5 for Doctor Who. References both old-school Who and Daleks in Manhattan from Ten's day.
Characters: Gen. Neal Caffrey, Peter Burke, the rest of the White Collar team. References to Doctor Who characters, Old and New. A cameo appearance by the Eleventh Doctor.
